This kit contains instructions, order form, pattern material, marker, carpet samples and a return mailing label.

The kit costs $30.00 but you will receive a $15.00 credit toward your Custom AquaMat® purchase or you can opt for a free 18" x 24" step mat (color un-specific).

If you would prefer you can make a template using your own materials. All you will need is a patten material, such as a brown craft paper or a heavy plastic, marking pen, straight edge, marker, scissors and heavy packing or duct tape.

Mail pattern
For the optimum interpretation of the template pattern, roll it and package in a shipping tube. Folding the finished, cut template will cause creases and wrinkles which could impact fit. Include a completed order form.

When we receive the template, you will be contacted with the final price. Production of your custom AquaMat® will begin immediately after your approval of the pricing and will normally ship within 14 days.
