This kit contains instructions, order form, pattern material, marker, and a return mailing label. The $15.00 cost of kit will be credited toward your Custom AquaMat® purchase.

If you would prefer you can make a template using your own materials. All you will need is a patten material, such as a brown craft paper or a heavy plastic, marking pen, straight edge, marker, scissors and heavy packing or duct tape. Click here for details.
